Shipping policy
Free shipping is included with all orders and orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If provided by the shipper, we will email the shipping tracking number when fulfilling your request so that you are able to track and locate your package as it is en route. We are not responsible for mail delays, including those caused by weather. Customers are responsible for double checking their shipping address.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email. If your package is shipped via USPS, it's important to note that they will not open a case about a missing 1st class package until it’s missing for 30 days; Priority Package for 7 days.
